Damaged Item / Incomplete Item / Wrong Item / Not Receive Item
If customers have received order consisting of Damaged Item / Incomplete Item / Wrong Item, kindly visit our branch or send us full images of the customer's order details: receipt and item for retail purchase, plus airway bill and courier plastic for shipped order. We will take up to 5 working days to verify the customer's order. Once the customer's order is verifed as damaged item / incomplete item / wrong item, the customers may request for fully / partially return of the customer's order or / and select any offer as below:
- Fully / Partially refund.
- Resend new item to replace damaged item / incomplete item / wrong item.
- Fully / Partially refund and resend new item to replace damaged item / incomplete item / wrong item.
If the customers have not received the customer's order within 2 months from its shipped date, the customer's order is considered lost by courier service. Kindly visit our branch or send us full images of the customer's order's details: Order ID. We will verify the customer's order within 5 working days to proceed for refund or / and resend new item.
The packaging should also be in original condition, in original shipping container as received. If the customer's order has been used or damaged by the customers, there will be no any refund.

The returned customer's order will be verified before processing for refund.
Once the customer's order is successfully verified and returned (for shipped / delivered order), the customers will received the refund within 7 working days after the confirmation. The customers will be informed once the refund process is successful. The refund process will be made via Bank Transfer or / and store credit in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), depending on the customer's request.
